“Equipment” refers to any item supplied by GetStryk, including benches, racks, barbells, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, accessories, and related items.
“Rental Period” refers to the period from delivery to collection.
“Handover Document” refers to the document signed at delivery confirming items received and their condition.
“Replacement Cost” refers to the current market value of the Equipment at the time of loss or damage.
The rental operates on a rolling monthly basis. Your first payment is taken at checkout. Subsequent payments are taken monthly via Direct Debit or the stored payment method. You may cancel at any time by requesting collection.
You may cancel at any time. If you request collection within the first 6 months, a £45 early collection fee applies. After 6 months, collection is free. This fee may be charged to your stored payment method.
Delivery will be arranged to the address provided. You must be present to receive the Equipment and sign the Handover Document. Equipment must be clean and accessible for collection. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.
You must sign the Handover Document at delivery. This document forms part of these Terms and confirms the items delivered, their condition, and your acceptance of responsibility. Condition photos may be attached or stored alongside the document.
You agree to keep the Equipment in good condition, use it only for its intended purpose, keep it indoors, maintain a safe environment, prevent access by children or pets, and not modify or sub‑rent the Equipment.
The Equipment is heavy and potentially dangerous. It must only be used by competent adults. Children and pets must be kept away at all times. You are responsible for supervising the Equipment and ensuring it is used on a stable, level, indoor surface. We are not liable for injury, accident, or damage resulting from misuse, unsafe setup, improper technique, or third‑party use.
You are responsible for the Equipment from delivery until collection. You are liable for damage beyond normal wear, missing items, lost items, stolen items, and irreparable damage. Charges will be based on the current market value of the Equipment. We may charge your stored payment method for repair or replacement costs.
Replacement costs are calculated using current market value, which may include retail pricing, supplier pricing, equivalent product pricing, and shipping or sourcing costs.
You authorise us to charge your stored payment method for monthly rental fees, early collection fees, damage charges, loss charges, theft charges, and replacement costs. Failed payments may result in suspension or collection of the Equipment.
We may terminate the rental and collect the Equipment if payments fail, Equipment is misused, Terms are breached, or access for collection is refused.
We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or third‑party injury resulting from misuse, unsafe environments, or unsupervised access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
